Effective date: October 27, 2026
Atlas ON, LLC ("AtlasON," "we," "us," or "our") operates cuBoardAtlas, a governance intelligence platform for credit union boards of directors and CEOs, and the website at cuBoardAtlas.com (the "Website"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers visitors to the Website, including people who request a demo, schedule a call, contact us, or sign up for communications. It does not cover information that credit unions and their authorized users upload to or create inside the cuBoardAtlas platform ("Customer Data"). That information is governed by the agreement between AtlasON and the credit union. See "Customer Data and the cuBoardAtlas platform" below.
The Website is meant for credit union professionals. Please do not submit member account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other members' nonpublic personal information through any Website form or message.
Information you give us. When you request a demo, schedule a call, fill out a form or survey, call us, or email us, we may collect your name, work email address, phone number, credit union or organization name, job title or role (for example, board member, CEO, or executive administrator), your scheduling and time-zone preferences, and anything you choose to include in a message. If you agree to receive text messages, we also keep a record of that consent.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics").
Information from others. We may receive your business contact information through professional referrals, industry events, or other business connections.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Website.
We use personal information collected through the Website to:
respond to your questions and requests, and schedule and conduct demos and calls;
send you information about cuBoardAtlas, including follow-ups to your request, product updates, and invitations, where permitted by law and your choices;
operate, secure, and improve the Website and understand how it is used;
detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
for any other purpose you agree to when you give us your information.
We do not sell your personal information for money. See "Cookies and analytics" and "Your choices and rights" for how advertising technologies work and how to opt out.
If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, whether through the consent box on our call-request form or another opt-in method we offer, you agree to receive text messages from Atlas ON, LLC about your call request, scheduling and reminders, and follow-up information about cuBoardAtlas. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at [email protected]. After you opt out we will send one confirmation message and then stop.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our service providers may process this information only to send messages on our behalf.
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to make the Website work, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Website, and measure the effectiveness of our outreach. These technologies include analytics tools and advertising tools such as tracking pixels, which help us understand what interests you and show cuBoardAtlas ads to people who have visited the Website (sometimes called retargeting). The providers of these tools may collect information about your activity on the Website, such as pages viewed and device identifiers, and may combine it with information from other sites and apps. We may add, change, or remove these tools as our needs change.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but parts of the Website may not work properly if you do. Our Website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
We share personal information collected through the Website only in these situations:
Service providers. Companies that help us run the Website and our business, such as website hosting, CRM, scheduling, email, text-messaging, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, insurers, and similar advisers who are bound to keep it confidential.
Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AtlasON, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
With your direction. For example, if you ask us to introduce you to a partner or advisor.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not give third parties your contact information so they can market their own products to you. The analytics and advertising providers described in "Cookies and analytics" may collect information directly from your browser, as described there.
Credit unions and their authorized users (such as board members, CEOs, and executive administrators) upload documents and data to cuBoardAtlas, including board materials and financial and regulatory information. We process that Customer Data on behalf of the credit union, under the written agreement between AtlasON and that credit union, and not under this policy. The credit union remains responsible for its own legal obligations to its members and regulators. If you are a board member or employee of a credit union and have questions about how your credit union's data is handled, please contact the credit union directly.
cuBoardAtlas includes AI-assisted features. Those features generate summaries and observations from the data a credit union has provided and are meant to support, not replace, the judgment of directors and management. How AI features process Customer Data is described in the agreement between Atlas ON and the credit union.
We keep Website information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, and as required by law. We keep contact and call-request records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate business reason to stay in touch, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we are required by law to notify you of a security incident affecting your information, we will do so.
Emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us, to stop receiving them.
Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep.
State privacy laws. Residents of some states (including California) have additional rights, such as the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we use cookies and pixels for analytics and advertising, some of that activity may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under those laws. To opt out, email [email protected], change your browser or device cookie settings, or use the opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. We will honor reasonable requests from any U.S. resident, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may reply and ask us to review it again.
Children. The Website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites. The Website may link to other sites, including our partners and the credit union industry organizations we reference. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
